Giant Glass Copepods have taken up residence to tell visitors about their experiences of micro-plastics in the ocean. Copepods are marine floating animals and collectively make up the largest animal biomass on earth. Life-size copepods are 1-2mm and there are 13,000 different species. They are one of many filter feeding creatures who are vital in the ocean ecosystem. They became famous in 2016 when they were filmed ingesting micro-plastics. The copepods invite visitors to take a scroll to read a message from the copepods and take action!!!
